Etnies online customer service will be closed Wednesday 25/12/2019 until Monday 30/12/2019 during Christmas. We will also be closed 1/1/2020.

WHAT ARE YOUR HOLIDAY HOURS?

eS offices and warehouse will be closed Wednesday 25/12/2019 and Thursday 27/12/2019 during Christmas. We will also be closed 1/1/2020. You will be able to place orders but please note orders WILL NOT ship until our warehouse returns to work from the holiday. Please take this into consideration if you are planning on ordering something with expedited shipping.

WHAT IS YOUR HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY?

We will be accepting returns for Christmas orders up until January 31st.

WHAT IS THE LATEST I CAN ORDER TO RECEIVE BY CHRISTMAS?

Please order as early as possible for Christmas gifts! Order before the 18th of December to make sure it arrives by Christmas. Please note that orders to countries outside the EU take a day longer to arrive!

Orders placed during Christmas and New Years will not ship until our warehouse opens back up from the holiday break.

WHAT IS YOUR NEW YEARS HOLIDAY SHIPPING SCHEDULE?

We expect shipping to resume as soon as January 7th.  Orders placed between the 1st of January and the 6th will be dispatched starting from the 7th of January. Apologies for the inconvenience.
