SENIOR DIRECTOR OF GLOBAL MARKETING

Job Objective:
Reporting directly to the President, the Senior Director of Marketing will oversee the Company’s marketing department with direct responsibility for the development and implementation of branding, messaging, and market/product development efforts. This role must communicate product and brand stories that are innovative and inspirational, deliver an exceptional customer experience and keep pace with the quickly changing trend and business growth. This position plans, directs, and manages all marketing strategies, functions, policies, objectives and initiatives including brand development, creative and advertising, PR, social media, partnerships, digital marketing, managing partnerships, B2B marketing, direct to consumer marketing, team management, tradeshows, product marketing, internal communications and social responsibility initiatives for all business units. The Senior Director of Marketing will be charged with effectively managing and building reciprocal relationships with new and existing industry partners, organizations, and other key stakeholders. In facilitating integrated marketing strategies and tactics, the Senior Director of Marketing will be responsible for managing the day-to-day marketing operations, with a heavy focus on digital marketing.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Plans, controls, and directs activities of the marketing team in an effort to define and service the needs of retailers, distributors, manufactures, national accounts and online direct sales.
  • Ability to identify, prioritize, and develop new marketing strategies to obtain maximum sales volume and profitability by gaining buy in with key owners, establishing clear KPI and deliverables and encompassing all aspects of customer touch points.
  • Review, develops and leads a high-performance, professional marketing organization with clear accountability for delivering results ‪. Also responsible for Managing 3rd party vendors as needed to help support business needs.
  • Maintains thorough and complete understanding of market and product knowledge by interfacing with product department, partners, and industry leaders. Maintains a solid understanding of product capabilities by comparative analysis to competitive products.
  • Develop a close working relationship and an integrated process with product development effectively identifying and communicating market needs and trends, product opportunities and gaps, and competitive weaknesses as needed.
  • Oversees and manages the Company’s marketing team to develop appropriate marketing and advertising strategies for all brands (e.g. market research, advertising, promotion, retail marketing, tradeshows, creative, digital marketing, event marketing, team management, etc.) and identifies key marketing outlets and competitive strategies.
  • Oversee and Capitalize on digital marketing initiatives e-commerce marketing, database initiatives, email, social media and display advertising campaigns, work with direct reports responsible for day to day creative execution and leverage the latest technologies to improve upon the brand. Show a strong understanding and experience in marketing technology, including digital marketing and marketing automation.
  • Develops and maintains a multi-year product marketing plan (GTM) that is appropriately integrated and prioritized with the sales plans. Works with internal sales teams to bring this to fruition.
  • Develop Seasonal SMU and Collaboration requests. Build and maintain relationships with prospective and current collaborators by coordinating this relationship with Sole Technology teams and executing marketing initiatives to completion.
  • Oversee the development, production, launch and maintenance of multiple catalogs.
  • Lead the creative design team to create leading edge, best-in-the-world brand communications that deliver upon the vision for the business.
  • Develop and execute dynamic campaigns that drive growth for all target segments. Guide development of all relevant marketing content including product promotion, team presentations, engaging presentations, video production, blog posts, and social media to highlight the company’s unique value.
  • Drive user/consumer research by leading in-depth consumer understanding efforts, with both qualitative and quantitative components.
  • Develop and mentor the staff, ensuring they continue to gain skills and experience in preparation for larger roles. Promote a culture of collaboration and customer focus. Responsibility for talent management and retention of marketing staff.

IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Lake Forest, CA

Job Objective:
Under general supervision, will provide maintain in-house technology equipment and IT assets tracking, computer system, application and telecommunication support for all subsidiaries of Sole Technology, Inc.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and deliver required hardware service levels according to company policies.
  • Provide training and support to, end users and staff on equipment operation and other issues.
  • Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot end user and network hardware, peripheral devices, printing/scanning devices, presentation equipment, and other products.
  • Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot end user software Perform on-site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex hardware problems for a variety of end users.
  • Receive and respond to incoming calls, texts, and/or e-mails regarding hardware problems.
  • Develop and maintain an inventory of all peripherals (monitors/keyboards/hard drives/etc)
  • Develop and maintain an inventory of all networking equipment in production and testing/QA environments.
  • Document instances of hardware failure, repair, installation, and removal.
  • Conduct research on, and make recommendations for, hardware products in support of procurement and development efforts.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hardware and equipment contracts and supervise contract-based installations.
  • If necessary, liaise with third-party support and equipment vendors.
  • Recommend, schedule, and perform hardware and peripheral equipment improvements, upgrades, and repairs.

GRAPHIC DESIGNER - MARKETING

Job Objective:
Under general supervision, this position is responsible for the creation and execution of all aspects of visual branding, campaign facilitation, retail marketing graphic design and all art department related activities relating to Sole Technology’s brands and within the required deadlines. Collaborate with the brand teams in a team-oriented environment, while leading the team to achieve unity and cohesiveness of the brand’s aesthetic.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create design concepts for all media relating to brand including: catalogues, consumer flyers , print ads, digital collateral / ads, video advertising, packaging, website / SNS Graphics, and P.O.P.
  • Assist Art Director in presenting all visual branding concepts to directors, brand managers, and pertinent Brand Group.
  • Assist Art Director in the creation of visual design branding briefs/booklets for all depts.
  • Complete all visual branded materials relating to the pertinent etnies brand within the specified deadlines including: advertising, website design, catalogue design, P.O.P., packaging, consumer flyers, visual dept. requests, print and digital collateral.
  • Collaborate in any necessary photo shoots and assist in providing direction to photographers in order to achieve desired style of photography.
  • Prepare and coordinate printing with printers to ensure all printing details are understood, most cost-efficient methods have been considered, and deadlines are met.
  • Additional projects/assignments as needed.
