The éS Online Shop offers a large variety of the most popular items in our program. You will also see some of those hard to find sizes. Please keep in mind that we have several seasons and that products change a few times a year. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you any older models. Products and colors that you see on the site are the only products available at this time.

WHY HAVEN'T I RECEIVED A CONFORMATION EMAIL OF MY PURCHASE?

The most common reason why customers do not receive a purchase confirmation is because an incorrect e-mail address has been entered or the confirmation e-mail has been caught in a junk mail filter. Please make sure that you have correctly entered you e-mail address and check that the e-mail hasn't been caught in your junk mail filter. HOW CAN I SEE IF MY SIZE IS IN STOCK?

DOES THE COLOR OF THE PRODUCT MATCH EXACTLY TO THE PHOTO ON THE WEBSITE?

It is possible that the color on the photo is slightly different than the original color of the product. This is possible because not everybody has the same color settings on their computer.

 

WHY IS MY ORDER ON HOLD?
